A jobsite trailer from Fromm is a stocked, secure extension of our warehouse, parked where your crews are working. We deliver it, stock it to the bill of materials, and manage it for the life of the project. Trailers are available for rent or purchase in 20-foot and 40-foot lengths, and we'll place as many as the job requires: one on a single-building project, several staged across a large industrial or institutional site.
The result is simple. Your electricians spend their hours installing instead of hunting, driving, and waiting. Every trip a journeyman doesn't take to a distributor counter is billable time back on the job.
Layouts are customizable. Racking, bin systems, and shelving are set up around what the project actually consumes, so material is where your crews expect to find it. We can also add a canopy work area alongside the trailer, giving you covered space for staging large product out of the weather or for crews doing prefab and assembly on site. On a job with a tight footprint and a long winter, that covered square footage is often the difference between a productive morning and a lost one.
A Stocked Supply House at Your Jobsite
Once the trailer is set, our team keeps it stocked:
Your project management team stops writing POs for consumables. Your foreman stops counting boxes. Material shows up before anyone notices it was getting low.
Where the savings come from
Jobsite trailers attack the costs that don't show up cleanly on an estimate:
Labor. Material handling and hunting is unbillable time. Keeping stock on site and organized removes most of it.
Inventory loss. Locked, tracked, organized storage cuts the shrink that open pallets and unsecured containers invite.
Stockouts. Automated replenishment against real usage data means crews don't stand idle waiting on a delivery.
Over-stocking. Usage data lets us optimize stocking levels as the job moves through phases, so you're not financing material you won't touch for three months.
Every trailer we manage generates a usage record: what your crews actually consume, in what quantities, at what pace, at each phase of work. We put that data to work for you. It sharpens stocking levels on the next project, informs more efficient storeroom and trailer design, and gives your purchasing team real consumption history instead of estimates. Most distributors deliver material. We're building an operating picture of how your company actually runs a job.
Part of a full site supply program
Jobsite trailers are one piece of Fromm's site supply services, alongside kitting, staging, jobsite boxes and carts, and scheduled delivery. If a trailer is more than the job needs, we'll scale down. If the job needs a trailer, a canopy, carts inside the building, and daily service, we'll build that too.
Let's look at your next project. Tell us the scope, schedule, and site conditions, and we'll propose a trailer configuration and service frequency built around it.
